Realty Income Reports Strong Second Quarter 2024 Results
AFFO per Share of $1.06, Dividend Payout of $0.777 per Share
Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O), a leading real estate investment trust (REIT), today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024.
The company reported AFFO (adjusted funds from operations) per share of $1.06, exceeding analysts' expectations of $1.02. Realty Income also paid out dividends totaling $0.777 per share, representing a dividend yield of approximately 4.5% at the current stock price.
